Customers outside the EU can deduct 21% Dutch sales tax. Shipment may be subject to taxes and import duties which are the customers responsibility.
Ordering
A non-refundable deposit of € 500,- is due when an order is placed. This reserves the selected materials, and secures your place in my building schedule. Once all specifications are set and the construction of your instrument begins I'll request a payment of 50% of the total amount minus the initial deposit. The remainder is to be paid upon collection of your instrument or prior to shipping.
Warranty
I warrant my instruments against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years. If a problem occurs during the period I will repair it free of charge. The warranty is limited exclusively to the original owner. Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by neglect is not covered under warranty.
Return policy
All instruments come with a 7 day trail period. In case you'll find the instrument doesn't meet your expectations I will offer you a full refund minus the initial deposit. You will receive the refund once I've resold the instrument.
